Q: Am I responsible for maintaining my own property?
A: Yes, you are required to maintain your own yard and snow removal.
Q: What are the age requirements in Riverside Heights?
A: Riverside Heights is a community of all ages.
Q: Are pets allowed in Riverside Heights?
A: Yes, you are allowed 2 pets. A maximum of one dog and one cat. Some breeds are restricted.
Q: Do the homes come with a basement?
A: No, the homes are placed on a cement slab.
Q: Where will I be able to get my mail?
A: Mail boxes are provided at the entrance of the park for all home owners.
Q: Do all the homes have a garage?
A: No, not all homes will provide an area for a garage. If one is important to you, we can get you a lot that will provide it.
Q: Do all the homes have a Storage Shed?
A: Any home without a garage will have a storage shed. The storage shed is 8'x10'.
